Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to RoyalMattressCenter.com. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of mattresses and sleep products, all mattress sales are final once opened or unwrapped.

Mattresses

  • Any mattress that has been unwrapped, expanded, or used is not eligible for return or refund.
  • Royal Mattress Center does not offer comfort trials, sleep trials, comfort exchanges, or refunds based on comfort preference.
  • All warranty claims are handled exclusively through the manufacturer’s warranty.

 

Unopened Merchandise

Items may be returned only if they are new, unused, unopened, and in their original factory-sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Approved returns are subject to:

  • A 20% restocking fee
  • Return shipping charges paid by the customer
  • Inspection upon receipt to verify the item is in new, unopened condition

Products returned opened, damaged, used, missing original packaging, or not in resalable condition will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Clearance items, closeout merchandise, floor models, special-order products, and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified only before they have entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Special-order merchandise cannot be canceled once production or fulfillment has begun.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Royal Mattress Center provides no additional warranty beyond the manufacturer’s limited warranty.

Manufacturer warranties generally cover defects in materials and workmanship and do not cover:

  • Comfort preference
  • Normal softening or wear
  • Improper use or abuse
  • Stains, burns, odors, or unsanitary conditions
  • Damage caused by an improper foundation or support system
  • Accidental or intentional damage

Warranty approval is determined solely by the manufacturer.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the continental United States unless otherwise stated.

Shipping dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Royal Mattress Center is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products will fit through all doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, and other access points prior to ordering.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, notify both the delivery carrier (when applicable) and Royal Mattress Center within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may affect claim eligibility.

Refused Deliveries

Customers refusing delivery of correctly shipped merchandise are responsible for:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • A 20% restocking fee (when applicable)
  • Any carrier refusal or handling fees

Any approved refund will be reduced by these applicable charges.

Incorrect Orders

If Royal Mattress Center ships an incorrect item due to our error, we will arrange for the return and replacement of the merchandise at no additional cost to the customer.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Royal Mattress Center before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider to allow an opportunity to resolve any issue.

Limitation of Liability

Royal Mattress Center shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, shipment, delivery, or use of any product.

Our total liability shall never exceed the original purchase price of the product.
